This is another area I have talked about before is journaling your accomplishments. It is very important that we journal these accomplishments because if we don’t take the time to write these things down, it will be easy for us to forget about them.

These things that you journal don’t necessarily need to be just your accomplishments, it is necessary to keep a journal of your goals and what you plan on doing to achieve these goals.

If we don’t take the time to journal our thoughts, it will be much harder for us to follow through with them.
